1-7 The Strand

The Strand project - Three floors of E4M for new Mitsubishi HVRF (hybrid variable refrigerant flow), and E4M for CO2 control and all main plant equipment.

For this project BCS completed the wiring of a new Mitsubishi HVRF Hybrid and VRF system. It ran across two floors for the base build fit out and then the tenancy fit out.

Consisting of 84 indoor ducted splits, 16 BC boxes, 10 outdoors.

BCS was able to assist Mitsubishi, making their commissioning easy by setting all the unit address’ and port addressing.

We also installed Delta controls on this site and wired all field devices for this.
