Office Max

Three floors of E4M for new Mitsubishi HVRF (hybrid variable refrigerant flow).

This project was one of our more challenging ones to complete. This new HVRF system E4M had to happen while the building was still occupied. All areas apart from construction site had to remain operational. There was a total of 78 indoor units, 13 BC boxes and 7 outdoors.

Working closely with Goodman’s and the tenant Office Max to complete zones to a stringent timeline.

 

The BCS team did a great job completing this project with minimal disruption to the tenant.
